These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the MoM website and to orders or subscriptions placed through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and availability: Product descriptions, images and availability are provided for general guidance. Products may vary slightly in appearance. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Orders and account details: You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and PIN code information. We may contact you to confirm an order, delivery timing or subscription details. Please keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Pricing and payment: Prices and applicable charges will be shown or confirmed before an order is finalised. Delivery charges are payable by the customer. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment service shown at checkout. An order is confirmed only after the required payment and order checks are completed.
Delivery: Delivery is available within Delhi only, subject to PIN code serviceability. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to operational conditions. We will communicate material delivery issues using the contact details provided.
Subscriptions and schedule changes: Subscription schedules are based on the dates and products selected by the customer. Review the schedule before confirming. Requests to change dates, products or other plan details are subject to the functionality and rules communicated on the website or confirmed by our team.
Food and allergen information: Please review product descriptions and ingredient/allergen information before ordering. Contact us before placing an order if you need clarification about ingredients or allergens.
Acceptable use and intellectual property: You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information or attempt unauthorised access. Website content, branding, logos, images and text are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation and changes: To the extent permitted by applicable law, MoM is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary website unavailability or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version.
