Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Across Delhi

MoM offers delivery across Delhi, subject to serviceability at the customer’s address. Delivery charges are payable by the customer and may vary depending on the delivery location and order. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown or confirmed before the order is finalised.

Our food is freshly prepared. Delivery is not limited to fixed time slots; after you place an order, our team will confirm the expected delivery timing via WhatsApp or phone. Please provide an accurate address, contact number and valid Delhi PIN code so we can check serviceability.

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If we are unable to serve your PIN code or fulfil an order, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, demand or other circumstances beyond our control.
